The products offered are categorized as follows:
maps The prices of the goods listed on our website are inclusive of VAT (27%) and of packaging costs but do not include delivery charges.

Ordering information
Registration is not required to order and buy our products. To place your order through the website the following data are needed: name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, E-mail address.

Order process
Acknowledgement of order is processed on working days between 8 a.m and 2 p.m. Customers are allowed to order at any time, if the time of placing an order is outside working hours, acknowledgement of the order will be processed on the following working day.

Our costumer service shall acknowledge receipt of each order and inform customer about time of delivering by a confirmation email. The delivery of the ordered products depends on the mail delivery time of the post office. In Hungary it is usually performed within 3 working days from the confirmation of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel some parts or the whole of the confirmed orders. Partial fulfillment of the order can be processed only by the customer’s agreement and acceptance. If the customer has been already charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, the amount of charge will be paid back to the customer/sender.

Process of online order
1. If you have selected the quantity of each product you wish to order and you have given your data, you can go further by selecting "continue" button.
2. If you want to modify your order, select "back" button.
3. If you want to finish your order, and do not wish to buy more products, select "order" button.
4. By giving ordering data separate billing data are optional, in case they are not given, the account will be addressed to the name and shipping address of the customer.
5. Once you have placed your order through our website, you will get an automatic email confirmation.
6. Finally your order will be confirmed containing the full order details and the shipping delivery.

Delivery costs
The delivery cost of the maps depends on postal tariffs, within Europe it takes 490 HUF per order (3 EUR).

Guarantee
Based on Government Decree 151/2003. (IX. 22.) on compulsory guarantee on certain consumer goods designated for long-term use we do not have any warranty obligations, but we guarantee that every product shown and offered in www.archiguide.eu meet the first class quality requirements. In case customer may be not satisfied with the quality of the ordered product, despite of the lack of our statutory obligation, we will refund the cost of it.

We do not carry any warranty obligations, but guarantee that everything we sell and our products on our website is the first www.archiguide.eu ready in class quality and if not satisfied with the quality of it, we will refund the cost of the law to provide our absence. Products or items made​for individual purposes, fitted by customer, having no possibility of reselling make an exception from this guarantee.

Cancellation right
Customer has a right to cancel the order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. The customer is entitled to return the ordered product(s) to us within 8 days. Governmental Decree No. 17/1999 of 5 February 1999 regarding Absent Parties stipulates that the costs of returning the product(s) shall be payable by the customer. We shall return the price of the product to the customer within 30 days from the receipt of return product(s). The 8 day term available to the customer for cancellation begins when the customer signs for the delivered package.

Customer’s right to cancel does not apply to items that have been used or fitted by the customer.

In case there is a damaged piece among the delivered products, the whole delivery cannot be refused by the Customer referring to that if the rest of the products are faultless and acknowledge that the service is divisible therefore any price discount or exchange is demandable only for the faulty piece (products).

The Operator is entitled to exchange the damaged product to a correct one, or make the necessary corrections based on its own decision in case of verified fault or to agree with the Customer in a certain discount, or exchange to an other product, or to cease the contract.

Data protection
The personal information provided by the customer are accessible exclusively by the customer and the operator. The operator handles any such data strictly confidentially and shall not disclose them in whole or in part to any third party.

A & Z 1.1 Bt intends the right of modifying the content of the pages, including the prices and other fees, of the website without prior notice.
